Win a new shower for someone who needs it

1. Sponsor

KimberTec LLC, doing business as KimberTec Bathroom and Kitchen Solutions, 4051 E Columbia St, Tucson, AZ 85714 (“Sponsor”). Arizona Registrar of Contractors License No. ROC 364243.

2. Eligibility

1. Entering for yourself: open to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who live at the Property.
2. Nominating someone else: the nominating entrant must be 18 or older and a legal resident of the United States. The Nominee (see Section 5) must be 18 or older, a legal resident of Arizona, and live at the Property.
3. The Property: the bathroom to be remodeled must be in a residential dwelling (the “Property”) located in one of the following Arizona communities within Sponsor’s service area: Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina, Casas Adobes, Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Drexel Heights, Flowing Wells, Sierra Vista, Nogales. Sponsor decides whether a Property is within the service area.
4. Not eligible: employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses), and people living in the same household as any of them. This applies to entrants and Nominees.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Arizona time (MST) on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Arizona time (MST) on November 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

Complete the entry form at kimbertec.com/contest during the Entry Period. Each entry must include:

1. the entrant's full name, phone number and email address;
2. if nominating someone, the Nominee's full name and phone number;
3. the full address of the Property;
4. at least one (1) and no more than three (3) current photos of the bathroom to be remodeled; and
5. optionally, a short description (up to 500 words) of why the Property's occupant needs a new bathroom.

Incomplete entries are void. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per Property. If a Property is entered more than once, Sponsor will judge the first eligible entry received for that Property and may also review the photos and descriptions in later entries for it. Sponsor may disqualify duplicate entries, entries made with automated means, and entries made with false information.

5. Nominating someone else

An entrant may nominate another person (the “Nominee”). By doing so, the entrant represents that they have the Nominee’s permission to submit the Nominee’s information and photos of the Nominee’s bathroom. The Nominee must meet all eligibility requirements. If a Nominee is selected, the prize is awarded to the Nominee, not to the nominating entrant, and the Nominee must accept the prize and agree to these Official Rules. The nominating entrant receives no prize.

6. Property owner consent and work agreement

The prize can be awarded only if the legal owner(s) of the Property give written consent to the work. If the occupant rents the Property, the landlord or owner must give that written consent. Before work begins, the winner and the Property’s owner(s) must sign Sponsor’s standard written work agreement for the prize work, at no charge to them. If the consent and signed agreement are not received within the time Sponsor sets, the potential winner may be disqualified.

7. Photos and submissions

By submitting a photo, the entrant represents that:

1. they took the photo or have the right to submit it;
2. the photo shows only the bathroom and contains no people, personal documents or identifying information; and
3. the submission does not infringe anyone's rights.

Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce and display the submitted photos and description for the purposes of administering and promoting the Giveaway and Sponsor’s business. Sponsor will not publish the Property’s address or the names of any non-winning entrants or Nominees. Sponsor may reject any submission it considers inappropriate.

8. Winner selection (judging)

This is a judged contest. Chance plays no part in selecting the winner. After the Entry Period ends, a panel chosen by Sponsor will review all eligible entries and score each one against these criteria:

• demonstrated need, based on the condition of the existing shower or bathroom: 50%
• the impact the remodel would have on the occupant's safety, accessibility or quality of life: 30%
• whether the project can be completed within the prize scope described in Section 9: 20%

With the occupant’s permission, Sponsor may visit the top-scoring Properties before final selection. In case of a tie, the entry with the highest “demonstrated need” score wins. The judges’ decisions are final and binding. One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about December 10, 2026.

9. Prize

One (1) prize consisting of the removal of the existing shower or tub in one (1) bathroom and the supply and installation of:

• one (1) standard white shower pan, 30" x 60" or 32" x 60", as selected by Sponsor to fit the space
• standard white solid surface shower wall panels
• one (1) standard showerhead
• one (1) standard shower valve and trim

The prize includes labor for the items listed above, haul-away of removed materials, and permits where required. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $8,000. Actual value may vary based on the Property’s conditions.

Not included:

• relocation or replacement of supply or drain lines beyond the valve and drain connection
• repair of framing, subfloor, joists or walls
• mold, rot, water-damage, asbestos or lead remediation
• electrical work
• flooring, vanity, toilet, fixtures, glass doors or enclosures, accessories, and finishes outside the shower area
• upgrades, custom sizes or colors other than those listed
• any work not expressly listed above

Additional conditions:

• Sponsor will inspect the Property before the work begins. If Sponsor finds conditions outside the prize scope that must be fixed first (for example, structural damage, mold or code violations), the winner may pay for that additional work at Sponsor's standard rates under a separate written agreement, or decline it. If the winner declines, or if the Property cannot safely or lawfully receive the prize, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner.
• No cash alternative, no transfer, and no substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute materials of equal or greater value.
• Sponsor and the winner will agree on a work schedule after the winner is confirmed. The work must be completed by February 28, 2027. If the work cannot be completed by then because the winner or the Property's owner does not provide access or the required documents, the prize may be forfeited. Delays caused by Sponsor will not cause a forfeiture.
• The installation carries a two (2) year workmanship warranty from Sponsor, beginning on the date the work is completed. The 15-year workmanship warranty Sponsor offers on paid projects does not apply to the prize. Products carry their manufacturers' warranties only.

10. Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of selection. If the potential winner is a Nominee, Sponsor may contact the nominating entrant to help reach them. Within 7 days of notification, the potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release, along with the property owner consent in Section 6 and IRS Form W-9. If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries under the same criteria.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize as required by law. Because the prize is a service and not cash, taxes on it must be paid from the winner’s own funds. Sponsor does not give tax advice; the winner should consult a tax professional.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants and Nominees agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents and subcontractors from any and all claims, losses or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize. This release does not apply to: (a) Sponsor’s obligations under its workmanship warranty; (b) claims for bodily injury or property damage caused by the negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct of Sponsor or its employees, agents or subcontractors in performing the prize work; or (c) any other claim that cannot be released under applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries;
• technical failures of any kind; or
• errors in these Official Rules or promotional materials.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees to the use of their first name, city, and before-and-after photos of the Property in advertising and promotion without further payment. This includes Sponsor’s website and social media. The winner’s street address will never be published. Any testimonial from the winner that Sponsor publishes will state that the winner received the prize free of charge.

14. Privacy and communications

Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Giveaway and to contact entrants and Nominees about it. Sponsor will not sell entry information. Sponsor will not send marketing calls or text messages unless the entrant separately opts in by checking the optional marketing consent box on the entry form. 15. Social media

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or any other platform. Entrants release each platform from all liability.

16. General conditions

• Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. Sponsor may also do so if no eligible entries are received.
• If the Giveaway is canceled, Sponsor may award the prize from eligible entries received before cancellation.
• Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules.
• Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
